Hello! Very busy week over here, and its a wrap as of today. Heading out of town for a few days, and looking forward to a few days to rest and relax. It was a super busy work week, played a little pickle ball and had a Veronica Beard commercial filmed at out house which was fun (some highlights below) Onward to life around here lately……

Was so obsessed with these delphiniums, I tried them in several places. Love them in our big jar and obsessed with our new blue and white cups!

Which look mighty pretty on our scalloped lacquer trays

Cannot wait to entreating with these, I will use them for individual crudités or small cheese and cracker arrangements

And you know how much I love our lattice bar:) Have not used them yet but hope to in a few weeks!

The blue and white has hit hard here lately ever since I returned from Amsterdam

Usually have a bucket or two filled with flowers to play with

My weekly dinner that is on rotation, why change a good thing!

Favorite salad, Kirby cucumbers, avocado, tomatoes, salt, pepper, a dash of lemon juice, olive oil and whatever fresh herb you have on hand

Speaking of good food, went to a little jewelry gathering and was served this delicious lobster ravioli! Yum!

Went for dinner to one of my favorite local spots, Gioia, for excellent Italian food. My son loves it because thy have a Negroni bar

One of the best pastas dishes ever!

One thing about living in NY which makes it special is having a lot of small speciality shops locally, this one is a small Italian shop, owned by the same family for many decades, you feel like you are walking into Italy when you go there. Everything there is so darn good. Where else do you see things like this!

My new Pamela Munson bag is getting a lot of use lately…get many compliments on this beauty!

We were in Sag Harbor and went to Tutto Il Giorno (Donna Karan’s restaurant which is not only excellent but so pretty and their tiramisu is out of this world!

Spring around here has been beautiful, most of the trees that blossom in spring have had their heyday and tulips are starting to fade, but I soaked up every minute

Gotten to play some pickle ball lately which has been such fun

And the Veronica Beard shoot begins…

Props!

And more props

Just loved this picture with the falling cherry blossoms

And that’s sa wrap! Cars ready to take everyone home!

A few pictures taken from Veronica’ Beards Instagram, which are a pretty little preview-

They turned out little cottage into a makeshift farm stand, love it!

Great vintage feeling setup

Love this shot right out of our breakfast room

And that is a wrap! It was a fun and busy week, a few things did not go right but I would say the good outweighed the bad (have to look for those silver linings every time). Thanks for stopping in, wishing everyone a wonderful week and hopefully a great weekend to come. Until next time….
